What is the fastest way to farm Soul Crystals in Aion 2?
The fastest Soul Crystal source in Aion 2 is pet collection milestones: each one pays 100 bound wildcard crystals, about 1,700 in total. On top of that, open Hidden Cubes daily, spend Centuryroot Tokens at the Festival Trade Shop and buy your weekly Substance Morph crystals with Kinah.

The shop prices, weekly cap and drop rate come from one English guide published on October 17, 2026. They match the in-game menus we know of, but check the tooltip before you plan around them, and tell us with the report button if your client shows something else.
Weekly route, step by step
- Tame any new pet species on your way: each milestone is worth 100 wildcard crystals, more than any other source.
- Open the Hidden Cubes on your daily route with our interactive map, which saves the ones you've cleared.
- Finish your Duty Quests and Odylium Repository runs, which also feed Pet Souls.
- After the Wednesday reset, buy Substance Morph crystals if you have spare Kinah (reported 500 Kinah each, 1,000 a week).
- Trade Centuryroot Tokens from the Shugo Festival at the Festival Trade Shop (reported 100 crystals per 50 tokens).
- Run level 45 growth dungeons when you're there anyway; the wildcard drop is a bonus, not a farm.

Is Substance Morph worth the Kinah?
At 500 Kinah each, the full weekly 1,000 costs 500,000 Kinah. Early on that Kinah is better spent on gear and Pet Soul tickets. Once your Insight levels are up and you're rerolling for a specific stat, buying the cap every week is the steadiest crystal source you have.
Where to spend them
- Each Genus Insight Analysis costs 4 crystals of the family's type and 1,000 Kinah.
- Use family crystals on their own family and keep the wildcards for Special, which you can't farm from field monsters.
- Don't lock slots until you've rolled a stat you'd keep for months; locks cost 8 to 396 crystals.
