How do I get Varian Soul Crystals?＋
Mostly from pet collection milestones (100 bound crystals each), plus smaller amounts from daily Duty Quests and Hidden Cubes. One guide reports that Varian-type field monsters drop Varian crystals once you have maxed that family. See our Soul Crystal guide.
How fast do pets respawn?＋
NCSOFT has not published pet respawn timers and we have not timed them ourselves. Pets do come back, and other players hunt the same spots, so if a spawn is empty, move on along the route and check it again on the way back.
Which Varian pet should I tame first?＋
Start with the species you are missing, in the densest area: Aullaeu Village Sky Island has 5 Varian spawns. Every new species counts towards the collection milestones, so a wide collection beats many copies of one pet.
