Sapphire Gemstone Locations: 356 Spawn Points

Sapphire Gemstone veins are spread over both open-world zones: the map pins 356, 156 in Verteron and 200 in Altgard. Sapphire is one of the three gem nodes of Essence Extraction, next to ruby and diamond, and gems feed accessories, high-tier potions and soulstones. The item database lists four grades, from Sapphire Gemstone through Fine and Pure to Radiant Sapphire Gemstone. Sapphire and diamond veins have exactly the same counts in this data, so a gem loop usually passes both; turn on both layers to farm them together. Pick an area from the list (grouped by nearest teleport), tick each vein as you gather it, and use Hide collected to see what is left. Veins respawn and are shared with other players, so an empty vein is normal.
