Ruby Gemstone Locations: 337 Spawn Points

Ruby Gemstone veins sit on rocky ground and cliff faces across both open-world zones. The map pins 337 of them: 147 in Verteron and 190 in Altgard. Gems are the third gathering priority after Odyle and ore, since they feed accessories, high-tier potions and soulstones, and rubies come in four grades: Ruby Gemstone, Fine, Pure and Radiant. Ruby veins are also where the rare Splendent Ruby comes from, the item the Novice 50 Essence Extraction upgrade quest asks for; our Splendent Ruby page lists the spots players recommend. Each ruby vein allows only three gathers before it despawns for a while, and players share it, so move on quickly when a vein is gone. Turn on the Ruby layer and tick veins off per loop.
