What is the best Chanter skill priority and rotation in Aion 2?

A Chanter turns on two party mantras before the pull and then plays as melee damage around Dark Crush. Dark Crush only hits stunned, knocked-down or airborne targets, so you set it up with Impactful Crush (a 60% stun chance) or Marchutan's Wrath, which opens a 7-second Dark Crush window on up to four targets. Level Incandescent Blow first, then Spinning Strike and Dark Crush, then Onslaught and the passives (game8). The burst macro is Dark Crush, Spinning Strike, Impactful Crush, Marchutan's Wrath. The four stigmas top players register most are Undefeated Mantra, Sprint Mantra, Power of the Storm and Marchutan's Wrath; in PvP, Obliterate replaces Marchutan's Wrath. Undefeated Mantra doesn't stack with a Cleric's Light of Protection. Cast Recuperation often in groups, then load the Chanter support preset in the Daevanion planner.
  • Pre-pull: Undefeated Mantra + Sprint Mantra
  • Skill points: Incandescent Blow → Spinning Strike → Dark Crush
  • Stigmas: Undefeated Mantra, Sprint Mantra, Power of the Storm, Marchutan's Wrath
  • Specialization slots open at skill levels 8, 12 and 20

PvE vs PvP

PvE

  • ◆Toggle both mantras before every pull; they are your biggest contribution to the party.
  • ◆Save Marchutan's Wrath for packs or when Impactful Crush fails to stun.
  • ◆Power of the Storm also cuts your party's cooldowns by 10%; line it up with their burst.
  • ◆With a Cleric in the party, let the Cleric drop Light of Protection; your Mantra wins a tie.

PvP

  • ◆Obliterate knocks down up to four players and opens Dark Crush on all of them.
  • ◆Barrier Spell keeps the party above 10% HP for 3 seconds; save it for the enemy burst.
  • ◆Impeding Authority shields everyone within 40 m.
  • ◆Crowd control on players is a chance, not a guarantee; Marchutan's Wrath is the reliable Dark Crush setup.

Common skill mistakes

  1. 01

Forgetting to turn the mantras back on after dying or a respawn.

  2. 02

Pressing Dark Crush on a target that isn't stunned, knocked down or airborne.

  3. 03

Running Undefeated Mantra and a Cleric's Light of Protection together.

  4. 04

    Never casting Recuperation in groups.
