Natura is linked to the green Soul Crystal. Crystals come mostly from pet collection milestones (100 bound crystals each), plus smaller amounts from Duty Quests and Hidden Cubes; one guide reports that Natura-type field monsters drop Natura crystals once that family is maxed.
